Gothic 1 Remake Guide is written around player tasks: what to check before a decision, how to route a save, how to clean up achievements, and how to avoid unsafe shortcuts.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Player-first guide writing

Each guide should help a player finish a real task: choose a faction, protect a save, spend learning points, track an achievement, clean up maps, or fix a blocked situation safely.

How guide details are checked

Guide details are checked against the game, platform achievement lists, patch behavior, and player route context where possible. When a detail can depend on save state, the guide uses cautious wording and recommends a manual save before commitment.

Spoiler handling

Pages aim to answer the immediate player problem first. Story-sensitive sections use clear wording so players can decide whether to open deeper route notes.

Corrections and changes

Correction reports are reviewed against the relevant page, task, platform, and save situation. Clear fixes are applied to the page so players do not repeat a mistake.

What we avoid

The site avoids cracks, trainers, DRM bypass tools, suspicious executables, pirated downloads, exploit instructions that endanger accounts, and requests that break platform rules.

Ads and guide independence

Advertising or affiliate relationships do not decide guide recommendations. Player safety, route clarity, and accurate task completion come first.
